Ashley is the wife of her high school sweetheart Nelson of 19 years and together they have 2 teenage sons. Ashley learned the value of dedication at an early age growing up in Lake Charles, Louisiana as a teenage mother at the age of 17. Despite the setback of becoming a teenage mother, Ashley graduated high school and further her education in Nursing. She is currently the founder and CEO of Exceptional Healthcare Staffing which staff CNAs, LPNs, and RNs. Exceptional Healthcare Staffing deployed over 100 healthcare providers to assist in staffing shortages during the pandemic, Hurricane Laura, and Hurricane Delta in 2020. Ashley and Nelson is the founders of Vision Ranch which is a permanent home for troubled and abandoned boys. Ashley is the Co-Author in Les Brown's book, "Ignite the Hunger in You". Ashley is also the founder of "Girl...You were created for this" empowerment program which creates a space for women of all ages to overcome challenges that may face and create a life that will outlive them.
